These terms apply to this website and to all iNRECO platforms: the iNRECO app, DomestiSure, VERDIQT, iNRECO Ad Studio and iNRECOMPLI ("the apps"), operated by Inreco Consulting, South Africa.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using any of the apps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the apps. You must be at least 18 years old and, where you act for a business or household, authorised to do so.
2. Not legal advice
The apps provide general compliance information, guidance and document templates based on South African law, including the Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act and related legislation. They do not create an attorney-client relationship and are not legal advice for your specific situation. VERDIQT provides general legal information and drafting assistance only. For complex, urgent or disputed matters, consult a qualified attorney or labour law practitioner.
3. Documents you generate
Contracts, payslips, warnings, declarations, checklists and audit records produced by the apps are templates and working outputs based on legislation current at the time. You remain the employer or responsible party and must check that each document is accurate, complete and suitable before you rely on, sign or issue it.
4. AI-assisted features
iNRECO Ad Studio and certain other features use artificial intelligence to generate text and images. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable and must be reviewed by you before publication. You confirm that anything you upload does not infringe another person's rights, and you are responsible for making sure adverts you publish comply with advertising, consumer protection and intellectual property law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Advertising Regulatory Board codes. You keep ownership of your own uploaded material and, as between us, the rights to use the adverts you generate for your business.
5. Your responsibilities
Keep your login details confidential, give accurate information, and use the apps lawfully. You may not resell or share access, attempt to break security, scrape our content, or use the apps to store unlawful material.
6. Electronic transactions and your rights
These terms and the documents you receive are concluded electronically as allowed by the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 ("ECTA"). Where ECTA section 43 applies, our full supplier details are shown on this site and in your invoices. Where you qualify as a consumer buying electronically, you may cancel a new subscription within 7 days as provided by ECTA section 44, unless the service has already been fully performed at your request. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act are not limited by these terms.
7. Subscriptions, prices and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in South African Rand, in advance, on a recurring monthly basis unless stated otherwise, and prices include VAT where applicable. Free plans and trials may change or end. You may cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the paid period; part-months are not refunded except where the law requires it. We will give reasonable notice of price changes.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the apps available and up to date with changes in legislation, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may add, change or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces what you pay for, you may cancel.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inreco Consulting is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, fines or penalties arising from your use of the apps or from decisions you take based on app-generated content, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for gross negligence, fraud or death and personal injury.
10. Intellectual property
The apps, their designs, templates, code and branding are the property of Inreco Consulting. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use them for your own business or household. You may use generated documents for that purpose but may not copy, resell or redistribute the apps or their templates without written permission.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information under POPIA and forms part of these terms.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the law, with notice where reasonably possible. You may close your account at any time and request deletion of your data, subject to records we must keep.
13. Complaints, governing law and disputes
Please raise any complaint with us first at info@inreco.co.za so we can resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and the South African courts have jurisdiction. Consumers may also refer disputes to the relevant statutory ombud or the National Consumer Commission.
